Update on conference fee

INFN has recently introduced new rules about receiving money and releasing official bills for official events and the new contract between INFN and the company in charge of this part of the process will be ready by the end of March, not earlier.
Therefore the Organising Committee is removing for now the deadline for the payment of the fee.
Furthermore, the early bird deadline is cancelled as well as the difference between early bird and regular fee.
There will be only the discounted fee of 400 euro for all participants (besides the support program for graduate and Ph.D. students).
As soon as making payments will be possible again, the whole procedure will be published on conference fee section.
