The fee for all participants is 400 euro (besides the support program for graduate and Ph.D. students).
The fee will include:
- admission to all sessions
- transportation from/to the Rome airports
- shuttle service from/to the affiliated hotels
- guided tour of underground laboratory
- abstract booklet
- welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches
- excursion
- conference dinner.

Please note that you will be asked to provide billing information and will be asked to either charge the fee to yourself as participant (providing your tax ID) or, in alternative, to your institute/company/business organisation (providing the relevant VAT or tax ID).

Additional information for INFN employees and associated staff
If the conference fee is reimbursed by INFN, payment of the fee for the INFN employees and associated staff will be handled directly by local INFN administrative departments and it will be processed as an internal money transfer from one site to another.
Therefore INFN employees and associated staff MUST NOT PAY the conference fee in advance on their own. INFN participants are kindly requested to inform their administration about the workshop fee when applying for travel and attendance support (the so called “missione”).
